Payments are handled by PayPal, which sets its own cookies when you choose to pay.
We also use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use our Site. It is loaded only after you consent to statistics cookies in our cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics cookies are placed on your device and no data is sent to Google.
Where you have consented, Google Analytics records the pages you view and how long you spend on them, an approximate location derived from your IP address (country and region only, never a precise address), your device type, browser and screen size, the site or campaign that referred you, and your interactions with our catalogue — products viewed, items added to the cart, checkout steps, and completed purchases. It stores the cookies _ga and _ga_11XPHMYV7N in your browser in order to tell visitors and sessions apart.
We use this information in aggregate only, to improve our catalogue, our navigation and our shipping options. We do not use it to identify you personally, we do not combine it with your customer account, and we do not sell it. Google acts as our service provider for this processing and may process the information on servers located outside Canada. Google Analytics does not retain your full IP address. The data is kept for the limited retention period configured in our Analytics property, after which it is deleted automatically.
